   Metronome Productions Lease Contract

from Metronome , for the agreed amount of $  . The terms of the Lease are as followed: Original creator can resale or lease the purchased beat to any other artist or entity without the approval of the purchaser. Unless purchaser sell 2000 copy or more of Recording / song . The purchaser must not claim to have created the purchased beat in a way that denies credit to the original creator/seller. The purchaser must credit the creator/seller in song/album details. Purchaser must list creator to ASCAP or BMI if creator is a member. Once financial compensation has been collected, the purchased tracks are the exclusive property of the purchasing entity and are to be used at the will of the purchaser under guidelines of the above and enclosed mentioned terms and conditions.

Terms and condition of use

Once leased the purchasers cannot resale the purchased the content to any other purchaser (the term “used by” is meant to describe further musical or lyrical additions as to make it a complete song). After currency is transferred, the purchaser is under no further financial obligation to the seller (creator of the purchased or soon to be purchased track), and that it is strictly the responsibility of the creator/seller to belong to a royalty collecting agency such as ASCAP or BMI to ascertain due royalties.
